FSSC22000 Certification: A Major Milestone for Rival Foods

We’re excited to share a major milestone in our journey at Rival Foods: our production facility is now officially food safety certified!

After years of dedicated R&D and scaling efforts, we’ve now opened the doors to our own manufacturing site—enabling us to produce our next-generation plant-based meat alternatives at scale. This marks a significant step forward in our mission to revolutionize the food system with better, more sustainable alternatives to meat.

Our production site allows us to meet growing demand from partners across foodservice including restaurants, institutional and care catering as well as retail collaborations, while staying true to the quality and innovation that define Rival Foods.

On top of that, we’re proud to announce that our facility has been awarded the FSSC 22000 certification—an internationally recognized food safety standard. This certification reflects our commitment to high-quality, safe, and reliable food production, and it lays the groundwork for strong partnerships in both domestic and international markets.

What’s next? We’re scaling production, expanding our product portfolio, and working closely with partners to bring delicious, fiber-rich plant-based meat to more plates around the world.
